Between 2012-2013 SNHU’s social media efforts went through a major overhaul, including a centralization of management, the implementation of a strategic content plan, and the introduction of new best-in-industry customer service standards, including rapid-fire response times. At a time when many brands were reporting dips in social media traction, these efforts helped lead to a 200% increase in fans, 175% increase in viral reach, and 230% increase in weekly page engagements.
